These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the valerionexus.com site operated by Valerionexus Capital S.A.P.I. de C.V. Accessing the site implies express acceptance of the terms set forth herein.

The purpose of the site is to provide information about the real estate crowdlending platform operated by Valerionexus Capital S.A.P.I. de C.V., as well as to facilitate the subscription of prospective investors to receive information about active projects.

3. Eligibility
Access to the operational platform requires prior completion of the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process, verification of self-declared financial capacity and the execution of the corresponding investor master agreement.

Investments in real estate crowdlending projects involve risks, including construction delays, variations in commercial absorption, enforcement of collateral and partial or total loss of capital. Published returns are indicative.

Contents, trademarks, logos, photographs, texts and designs on the site are the property of Valerionexus Capital S.A.P.I. de C.V. or are used under licence. Any total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Modifications
Valerionexus Capital S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and performance, the parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
