Valerionexus Capital S.A.P.I. de C.V., domiciled at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, 17th floor, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, is the controller of the personal data you provide us, pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
1. Personal data we collect
We collect your full name, email, contact phone number, occupation, self-declared financial capacity and supplementary information you voluntarily provide through the subscription form or during the consultation with an advisor.
2. Primary purposes
Your data will be processed to: (i) respond to requests for information about active projects; (ii) send you the opportunities catalogue; (iii) schedule consultations with advisors; (iv) comply with contractual and regulatory obligations arising from the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process.
3. Secondary purposes
Subject to your consent, we may use your data to send informational communications, anonymous market studies and educational newsletters about the real estate sector. You may refuse these purposes without affecting service delivery.
4. Data transfers
Your data may be transferred to contracted technology service providers (hosting, email and messaging), external auditors and Mexican regulatory authorities upon formal request, pursuant to article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke the consent granted, by sending a written request to privacy@valerionexus.com along with a copy of your valid official identification.
6. Retention
Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the described purposes and the applicable legal terms in commercial, fiscal and anti-money-laundering matters.
